Frequently asked questions about shipping and returns
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We produce fresh! Made to order and individually by hand.
This means that depending on order volume and stock levels, delivery times can vary between one and three weeks.
Austria: Delivery via Austrian Post AG or DPD
Shipping costs €5.90
Shipping within Austria is free for orders over €75.
Germany: Delivery via DHL
Shipping costs €11.90
Shipping to Germany is free for orders over €100.

What shipping options are available?
Packages under 30 kg are shipped via Austrian Post or DPD (within Austria) or DHL (within Germany). Packages over 30 kg are delivered by a freight carrier. The carrier will contact you directly after you place your order.
Do you also deliver outside of Austria and Germany?
Yes - simply send us an email and we will get back to you with the shipping options.

Right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days after conclusion of a contract or receipt of ordered goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing or by email that you wish to cancel the order. You must then return the goods within 14 days.

How does the exchange/refund process work for online orders?
Personalized items are generally non-returnable, unless they are damaged or have been delivered incorrectly.
